A warm and welcoming way to kick off the weekend, the Watermelon Thump Parade invites families to line the streets and celebrate one of Luling’s most cherished traditions. The parade will take place on Saturday, June 27th, beginning at 10:00 AM, and will feature colorful floats, spirited marching groups, local organizations, and community favorites making their way through town. Spectators can enjoy the procession as it travels along a classic Luling route, moving through Walnut Avenue, Pierce Street, Magnolia Street, and Houston Street. It’s the perfect family-friendly way to spend your Saturday morning, so grab your lawn chairs, find a shady spot, and enjoy the festive energy that sets the tone for a fun-filled Thump weekend.
